Works with everyday use work truck racks with round tubing and 18" cones to prevent clutter in back of the truck. 
Requires no welding or drilling, mounts on to tubing with two pinch plates and four bolts.
Can be mounted in multiple ways, vertical or horizontal while facing the front of the truck or rear of truck.
